STRETCHINGS FOR 2 PEOPLE

Coming from different practices, these stretchings for 2 people are a very efficient method to recover after an intense physical activity or, at the opposite, after a sedentary period.
To have our own body stretched by someone else allows to be completely relaxed and get a deeper muscular extension.

EVERYDAY "WELL-BEING"

The workshops on everyday "well-being" life develop 3 main themes so that everyone has access to practical and responsible knowledge about their health in everyday life, around food, the basics of physiology and healthy living.

​

 

Each of these themes is based on an ethical value with regard to the environment, both that of the planet and that in which the individual evolves, in an idea of sustainability and holism. The contents proposed are for everyday life, so that each person is an actor and responsible for his or her own health.
